Make A Difference Day
Saturday, October 24th is national “Make A Difference Day”. USA Today developed this concept to unite millions of volunteers across the nation with a common mission: “to improve the lives of others”. We hope that you take the time to learn more about this Amazing initiative and embody its principles in your weekend.
We like this initiative in particular, due to its stark similarity to our current initiative: Starfish: Make A Difference. The Starfish: Make A Difference campaign was developed by the Texas Self Storage Association in 2004 in order to raise funds for the Shriners Hospital for Children in Galveston. This particular Shriners hospital is one of the leading hospitals for childhood burn victims, offering care to all children at little or no costs. Talk about Amazing! Amazing Spaces has participated in this fundraising venture for 7 years. Like every year, we will be matching donations, dollar for dollar, made through Amazing Spaces. This means your donation will have double the impact! Look who can Make a Difference today!
