Meet the A-Team: Get to Know our Woodlands ~ Shenandoah ~ Oak Ridge Property Manager, Brandie!
This month we’re highlighting another amazing team member who deserves some positive recognition! In this blog you’ll get to know Brandie, the Property Manager at our Shenandoah property. Her tenacity drives her to pursue many passions at once and one of those is her commitment to putting the customer experience first and foremost!
Coming back to make Amazing Spaces home again
Brandie started working at Amazing Spaces 7 years ago as a front desk assistant, leasing agent and was eventually promoted to assistant manager. After taking a hiatus, working a few management positions elsewhere and taking time off to focus on her family—she’s back! Brandie now manages our Shenandoah property and provides our customers with an amazing experience! March marks one year since she has been back with the Amazing Spaces family and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her!
Juggling all of her passions
In addition to managing the Shenandoah property, she is also pursuing her passion of helping others through working on her nursing degree. Brandie already holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Health Administration and now aspires to become a registered nurse. She takes classes online, part-time through LoneStar Montgomery. Speaking of passions, did we mention she’s a mom too? She raises her two and four year old children with her fiancé. Despite her busy schedule, she does a great job still providing her best for others.
Providing the best customer experience
As property manager, Brandie prioritizes keeping up with facility aesthetics, making sure that the building and all of the storage spaces are completely secure, and last but not least, sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her favorite part of the job is helping with customer service because she loves building lasting relationships with her clients. As a manager, Brandie loves taking responsibility and being in charge of many things at once. She recalls going above and beyond for a customer when they were in the midst of moving and realized that they needed two extra spaces to house all of their items. Even though it was right before closing time, Brandie stayed overtime to ensure that the customers had all of their belongings taken care of before leaving. This is just one example of many, where she has gone above and beyond to provide an amazing experience.
Deep rooted values
Brandie values each customer interaction and relationship she forms as well as the positive and supportive culture that Amazing Spaces provides for their employees. She stands behind the Amazing Spaces commitments to customer satisfaction, property security, cleanliness, and organization! She was drawn back to the Amazing Spaces family because her values so closely align with those of the company.
