I have a lot of experience in the moving industry and customer service. Before I was with Amazing Spaces I worked for a large scale moving company, and while I was there I held multiple positions so I’ve been “behind the scenes” for a while when it comes to moving. I’ve been with Amazing Spaces for 7 years now and I love that I get to help our clients transition into new and exciting times in their lives.

Some of our customers come in pretty stressed out because they’re moving or experiencing something that’s required them to rent a storage unit. They may come in stressed, but by the time they leave, they’re smiling because they can tell that we sincerely care about their unique situation and it makes them feel valued. All in all, our customers are great and we love helping them!
What Are Some Frequently Asked Questions From Customers?
What size storage unit do I need? Do I need a climate controlled space? Do you have a moving truck or moving supplies? Do I need to bring my own lock? Do I need insurance?

It’d have to be Facebook because that’s what I use the most.
Can You Tell Us About Climate Controlled Storage?
Climate controlled units are great for household items. If your items can be affected by humidity you’re going to want to go with a climate controlled space. Amazing Spaces’ climate controlled self-storage is kept at a constant temperature between 60 and 78 degrees year-round by using air conditioning or heating, depending on the time of the year. Each storage space has an individual air duct to ensure the unit is maintained at the correct temperature.
What Are Things That Customers Request The Most?
Many of our clients request help figuring out what size storage unit they’ll need. We also get quite a few requests for recommendations for good movers. If they aren’t using movers the next request is usually to rent a moving truck.
Do You Have Any Advice For People That Have Just Moved To The Woodlands?
For someone that just moved to The Woodlands, I recommend adventuring out to check out their new town! I recommend visiting a few different websites that have a lot of really great information on places to go and things to do. Woodlands Events is a really good one with tons of info on anything going on in The Woodlands, and also Woodlands Online.
What Are Your Favorite Places In The Woodlands To Go To?
I like going to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for concerts. It’s always fun shopping at Market Street, then you can just grab something to eat and take a stroll down The Waterway. The Woodlands also has a lot of beautiful trails and parks to enjoy.
What Book Are You Most Likely To Give As A Gift?
Right now, 7 Habits of Highly effective people. We just finished reading this book with Amazing Spaces and I feel like anyone could benefit from reading it.
Where Is Your Favorite Place To Travel To?
I’d have to say it’s pretty much anywhere with a beach! I love relaxing by the ocean with my feet in the sand.
Is Customer Service The Most Important Thing At Amazing Spaces or Something Else?
I would have to say yes it is. We offer our clients an Amazing storage experience with innovative amenities and beautiful properties, but none of it would be worth much with subpar customer service. We provide exceptional customer service because we genuinely care about the client and we want to build a long-term relationship with each person.
How Is The Woodlands Growing, And What Makes It A Special Place?
The Woodlands is definitely growing! I feel like every time I turn a corner something new is popping up. The Woodlands is special because everything you need is right here! It’s a beautiful, premier community with tons of fun stuff to do!
