Guarding and protecting your belongings
- Every individual unit door is alarmed and monitored by an independent monitoring service. Our computerized alarm system monitors and archives all activity within the property, including: every gate entry and exit, as well as each individual storage door opening and closing.
- Color cameras digitally record on all properties 24 hours a day.
- Extended gate hours end at 11PM and reopen at 6AM; this allows the alarms to be completely monitored at night.
- Daily lock checks on all spaces by our property managers.
- Properties with elevators require pin number to operate elevator to your floor only.
- Cylinder locks (provided to you) on all units allow for maximum security. Install a second padlock if you wish.
